Hello,
I'm having problems connecting my G2 to new iMac running os 10.9.4.
The editor opens up, but trouble seems to be with the usb connection.
"Major problem"-message (sic) is all I got.
Please help!
And thank you all for the wonderful forum, been a long time lurker...

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. I am currently able to run my Nord Modular G2X with my iMac running 10.9.4. When was the last time you were able to successfully use your setup and have you made any significant changes since then? A few suggestions to try:

-Reboot your computer and the Nord.
-Unplug any USB device that is not required for using your Nord.
-Close all programs on your iMac other than the editor.
-Swap out your USB cable for another one.

I wish I had better information to give you, but that's all I have at the moment. Perhaps you can share full details of your system setup if these steps don't help you. Good luck!
