I'm planning a compilation release which is almost complete. I was going to release it at the same OMD that handles my CD's now, but I'd like to do a limited run, numbered copies, in a DVD box, and some other goddies with the package.

Can I send DVD boxes to be shipped out from electro-music or are you guys pretty much set on CD jewel cases?

If you CAN do DVD boxes, I'm thinking of having electro-music.com be the only place you can get the compilation.

We guys, me, can ship anything. The DVD box would probably go in a padded envelope, unless you specifically would want a cardboard shipping box. The cost of the shipping material is added to the price of the CD.

I think its a good idea to do limited runs, numbered and signed by the artist.

I agree, I think it's important for us as artists to treat our work as art, rather than as a "product." As long as we're going it alone (for all intents and purposes), we might as well take advantage of the associated liberties.

mosc: Wonderful. I'm getting the CD's printed now. I should have them done soon.
