Nothing to trace; it ends at a internet company, probably a randomly assigned IP.

Doesn't look particularly interesting or exciting.

Wout; these are like adresses of coputers on the internet. What you do with them depends. You can connect to them, for example to 68.178.174.113 and see wether it offers services like -say- a html server.

To check wether 68.178.174.113 offers html you could simply type it into your adress bar.
