Nice - the land of tea!

How on earth do you imagine anybody could get bored of tea, Jason?! I mean, drinking a couple of liters a day it's pretty much what keeps me alive Very Happy

I didn't know it would be grown in such a dramatic landscape. Gotta get myself some Darjeeling now...

well some people are just close minded is all , especially about tea, having worked at a tea shop I have seen it.... I love coffee too but tea is lovely... yea Darjeeling is spicy its a lovely tea.... glad you like it Dr. yes the fog helps the tea grow better. Tea is great for you too, all kinds, white/green/Oolong/Red-Black->>>> the anti-oxidants (catechins and polyphenols) are just welll amazing... Though recent studies have shown that white teas have the highest levels, where it was previously thought to have been the green tea.. In ancient times the white teas were reserved for the Emperors in China etc.

yes thanks elektro80 ,
um sometimes they are raw TIFF's not sure about this one.
But indeed they are all unedited and uncorrected. I haven't named them all yet let alone fixed them. But I am thinking this thread may motivate me to do so. I have some serious ones I want to show you from my other trips I just need to prep them.... Thank You!

I dunno how it really looked there, but now there is more detail in the highlights. Actually, there is whole lot going on over there on that hillside. Very Happy

awesome man, so what are you doing exactly? and in what app?
Color curves in PhotoShop ?
I mean dont get me wrong I like it , but are the pixelization artifacts from the processing or from my poor camera or both?

What I did was a bit fast an crude. The file is pretty small too and of course in 8 bit per colour channel and not 16 bit.

I messed some with levels and curves. Worked some magic on magic on highlights and applied some sharpening.
I use a huge lot of different apps, but here I used Photoshop CS 3.

It seems like the upload killed my Adobe ( 1998 ) colour profile though.

thank you for the info elektro80. That is helpful.
Not sure what you mean about killing your color profile though.
