Check it out at http://www.normusic.com/cerebral.html

It was done entirely on the Nord modular. My "goal" in this was to create some "flowing, classical-sounding music", that has some "twists and turns".....something that you thot u MIGHT have heard before in a corner of your mind, but can't seem to remember..............

Since i can't read musical notation OR play music "traditionally", the whole thing was an improvisation......I'm getting pretty good at "faking chords", if i DO say so MYSELF! Very Happy

Norm

This is good work, Norm. It has a nice feel to it. There is a bit of dance sneaking in there. Laughing That's OK. I like it.

The "dance" bit was done deliberately, too! You understand my music better than anyone i know!

Thanx for the review! Very Happy

Norm

First of all I must admit. I'm not really "into" dancelike music.
But I can appreciate your work. Its very lively. Probably because you played everything live (no loops) it get's an almost jazzy rhythm/feel.
I had LOL with Vogl.
Again I'm no expert, but as a Nord (M)modular user I would say. Keep up the good work. Smile

Nice piece Norm. Very soothing. Sometimes I thought I was in a church.

Thank you for your great comments on my music! Very Happy

I find myself getting away from the more "avante-garde" e-music (Einsturzende Neubaten, etc) to a more "synth-pop" sound: De/Vision, Wolfsheim, Mesh, Blutengel, the Nine, etc.

I'm currently working on a "synth-pop" composition about a MANIAC! Cool samples!

Hmmmm....mebbe i should "pass the collection plate"......LOL! Laughing
