hi guys
Im looking for a way to mod my speak and spell so it'll produce some bent noises on command. So far can get a lot of speaky gibberish, but it's seemingly random and that's no good for what I wanna do. Ideally I want to trigger the short bleeps and squiggles of noises with some external sequencing gear. I'd prefer not to buy a highly liquid midi mod, and rather roll my own but so far, I'm not having much success.
any tips would be really appreciated!

from what i gather the highly liquid kits are the only way.
i think the story was they got hold of the midi coding for the voice phonetics and no-one else has come close to getting them from elsewhere, even from texas instruments

casper has this sequencer mod on a S&S

you could also use a simple VCA with that sequencer to get rythmic patterns. the clock for the 4017 could come from a midi source Wink
