I know that the Moog website says:
Quote: | AC In (100-250VAC, 50-60 Hz ) |
but the Norwegian distributor insists on this being nonsense. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

Yes, I know.
– and I need to know if this is truly the case for LPs sold in the US. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

Sweetwater is pretty explicit about it being usable world wide at : http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/PhattyStage/
Quote: | Little Phatty also offers a world of interfacing capabilities with MIDI in/out jacks, three external CV inputs, and an external audio input. And, speaking of the world, the universal power supply accepts any line voltage from 90-250V AC; 50-60 Hz, meaning performers are ready to go whether their gig is in Dallas or Dublin. |
But I guess an american user should have a look at the actual device _________________ Jan

I guess the Norwegian distributor might just simply be plain stupid. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

Maybe, or maybe he knows that most of his customers don't know a Volt from an Ampere and that a little fear might help for him to sell? _________________ Jan
