Hello,

I'm sourcing parts for my sn build and I'd like to know if this is the right part.

R7 2K, +3500ppm/oC Thermistor

will NTC2K on the following page work ?

http://www.futurlec.com/Thermistors.shtml

I did a search using "sn voice thermistor" but it returned nothing.

Thanks in advance

jf

The data is sparse on the part and no specification of PPM delta. I would not use that part. Instead, use these TEMCO's from Magic Smoke as they are EXACTLY what the specification calls out in the SN Voice documentation. ...... They are axial lead parts and will mount exactly as shown in the SN Voice documentation also .

Glad to help. You will like the guys from Magic Smoke Very Happy Also, I have been ordering some things from HK with no problems so you should be good there. Oh, yes, one small problem, I had order a bunch of common anode displays and received common cathodes. Was told to keep those and they sent another batch right away EXPRESS mail !

The Ebay store is: "Asia Engineer" ... they seem fine to me ......

well, it's not as much as I don't trust the guy (stellar service by the way, 18$ s/h incl., got it under a week: radiooperator599) I just hope it's not some counterfeit instead of nos, as there seems to be lot of it, according to R.G. Keen (stomp box guy, very nice)

We'll see Smile
