|
|
Hello everyone,
last night I tried the new nomad and after some difficulty I managed to make it work with my micromodular, I see the list of patches on the left (99 in a slot), but I can not upload a new file pch within the slot. How can I do?
when I double click a patch in the left list MM sound this patch and I can play but if I click another patch loose connection with the micromdular.
I made this 'Please copy libosxmidispi.jnilib and osxmidispi.jar to the /Library/Java/Extensions directory'
Midi interface are

Ah, good!
What version are the old patches? Could you attach one here? _________________ Jan

Ive been playing with Nomad again this week and ran into a couple patches that caused mine to lose connection and bring up that Error patch in Slot A.
If I can remember Ill post them up when I get home from work tonight and maybe someone can check em out.. |

Ok heres two that stop my Micro dead everytime I load it into Slot A.
Probably got em from the mail list at one time or another.
They open just fine in Nomad, but when I save either one to Slot A my Micro disconnects with no warning message. When I reconnect it works fine but theres the Error patch in Slot A now. Opening any good patch in Slot A gets rid of the error patch and all is well again.
Whats odd is.. The patch called Deep Elektozoid is already in my Micro Modular at Bank 26, and when I click on that one it loads into Slot A and plays just fine.
But I cant open the patch file saved to my hard drive and put it into Slot A.

I don't see anything wrong with the files, they are a bit long maybe but nothing extreme ... you can load the patches but just can't beam them up to synth?
Edit : right, I should read before I post instead of after _________________ Jan

I was thinking maybe it was a bad controller assignment (I have another one of those posts from awhile back around here hehe) but since Deep Elektozoid is actually on my Micro already and opens fine that way I guess I ruled that one out.. |
