I'm running my QLGs on 12V and the output levels are a little too low for my system. Abt 5V

Would it be as easy as just omitting the 680 Ohm resistor, to increase the output voltage level, or do I have to fiddle with both the 680 and 820 Ohm resitors?

Or would that damage the LED?

change the 680 to a lower value.
say 100 Ohm will give you about 9V output
200 ohm ~ 8V

I reduced the 680 to 100 and incr the 820 to 1.2k. So now the gate out is abt 8.9V. Good enough for me Very Happy!
