Small discreet microphones

I'm lookin for a stereo mic which can be worn discreetly like a pair of headphones or maybe attach to a pair of glasses. I want to get good stereo recordings on location, without people noticing, or wondering what I'm doing.
Does such a thing exist????
I currently use a portable dat, & a Rode NT4, which is cool

Excellent, thanks alot that was a really quick response. I have a pc laptop bag with my tascam da-p1 DAT fits a treat, there is room for my stereo rode mic, & 2 x AKG D69S mics, cables & tapes, now I can walk round public places, without too many weird looks, cheers: )
