Subject description: Problem with my Alesis A6
Reply with quote  Mark this post and the followings unread

I've been having my A6 for 2 years now without problem, few days ago it started going into a mad cycle of parameter jumps with crazy change in sound with the led lights blinking randomly. When I change the preset it stays stable for seconds and then the process starts again.I tried soft and hard reset but no result. Does this sound familiar to anyone here ?

My first Andromeda was like that the moment I first took it out of the box (it was brand new). I was given a replacement by the retailer I bought it from but they told me that it was only a loose ribbon connector inside that was causing the problem.

Well, I certainly hope that it's as simple as that. With something like the Andromeda there's a multitude of things that could cause similar faults.

Good luck!
