well..."troppo brillo" is slang for "too much drunk"... "topo brillo" would be "drunk mouse"...

Drunk Mouse sounds like a guitar pedal. Laughing

One of my favorite 80s bands had a vaguely Italian-sounding name, but was made up by the founder/front man (apparently it's also nonsensical in Italian) - Scritti Politti

Yep, that's a phonetically "adapted" homage to Antonio Gramsci and his Scritti Politici (= Political Writings).
