Matrixsynth has reported that Peter Vogel is going to do a limited run of 100 Fairlight CMI's next year. I don't know who is interested these days, but obviously he wouldn't do it if he wasn't sure there were enough buyers.

I find it interesting. Anyone here interested? Price to be announced, but likely to be in the $5000 category.

Can't see the point given that it's just an add in card. I think everything it did I can do in software now. The cool thing was the integration of the big keyboard, computer screen and light screen in the 1980s. Doesn't come with any of that included. Not real compelling. His being an innovator it would make more sense to me for him to make something new that hadn't been seen before at this point.
