Just grabbed Synthpond 2.5 ! Thanks for the heads up on this. Some nice sounds from this and the laptop speakers don't do it justice. I put it though a "better" sound system to get FULL musical enjoyment. I recommend this for any of these sound examples really if it's feasible
I also recommend this application called "Sound Scope". It's great for experimentation and I think you will like it Shane.

Thanks

Great Bill... glad you liked Synthpond! I use it a lot. It's a wonderfully powerful little app. I run the itouch through a mixer and will often increase the low freqs in synthpond 30% and get beautiful booming basses.
I have the free version of Sound Scope. Visually it is really incredible, like synthpond... but sonically it seemed kinda limited. I do like the performance interface though. Maybe the free version is much more limited? Did you buy it? _________________ ElectroCasa |

Shane, the full version of sound scope space is very different to the free one, and much more fun and controllable, I used it for the opening section of my AIS touch experiment, along with toplapapp.
I found running the touch through my mini kaoss pad for filtering added a lot more expression, and smooth out some of the harshness of some of the apps, esp Curtis Heavy
Just bought the full version of synth pond and some other stuff: euno lite, trope, shapeseq recommended by Paul and bowls recommended by Howard and also got jasuto as it looks fun. _________________ Jez

ive been working on a composition using my vibraphone and the bowls app running through some efx processing.
the itouch is an incredible accompaniment for playing with vibes because of its small size. im finding them to work quite well together in a live performance setting _________________ ElectroCasa |
