Oh, it's on topic allright - it's essential to have a furry animal in your studio - they have excellent sound absorption properties Very Happy
Beautiful cat - with those tufts between the toes I venture that he, also considering the weight, is a Maine Coon too?

Excellent, Carlo! She (I assume Ada is a she) even has her own mat in the rack Cool
That arrangement surely constitutes a functional bass trap.

yes, Ada is a she-cat Exclamation that picture was taken a few years ago. I had just sold an Access Virus. that's why the rack was half empty and she took immediate possession of that empty space. she seemed to enjoy it so I provided a little mat to make it comfier Wink
not sure about the functional bass trap though Wink

Sadly, he's not a Maine Coon, just overweight Sad Although, I really have no idea what his origins are...so there may be some of the Coon in his genes! He also gets seasonal tufts of fur behind his ears, so he might have some horned owl, too Wink Rolling Eyes

Back in the mid-70's I had the original Moog Taurus, so when Moog floated the idea of making a limited run of the (new and improved) Taurus 3 I was all over it. It was a SLIGHTLY different economic climate when I did so tho, so I when the thing finally went into production and shipped last week I had to bang my AmEx pretty hard. Oh well. Moog did a monster job with these, with MIDI, CV and GATE ins, presets and arps (and soon SEQ too I hear), so I'll just have to have as much fun as possible while in the red budget-wise.

Three new friends in my life:
Max4Live - Great extension for Ableton Live
Stylophone beatbox - came across one on clearance at an Urban Outfitters.
Novation LaunchPad - I miss my step sequencing and other drum machines, this tops all of that, especially with MAX.
