This product was released over a year ago! I'm surprised nobody mentioned it here.

I thought all I need is $700 to use it?

Why couldn't I be born with a name as cool as "Jan Trützschler von Falkenstein"?

The Angelic One does not want me to buy a Manta, but that is ok, I can just get this Hex Keyboard app for iPhone instead:

I took another look at the site at it has an interesting update:

http://www.snyderphonics.com/

Quote:
I am working hard on the MantaMate, a device that will allow Manta users to perform without a computer, and to directly control analog synthesizers. It will also be a powerful general-purpose converter between USB devices, MIDI devices, OSC over ethernet, and control voltage (supporting several voltage standards from Eurorack to Buchla to Moog to Serge to Korg). It even has a built-in digital synthesizer, so that it's possible to perform with only the Manta and a MantaMate. I don't have a set date for release right now, but stay tuned!

I tried to watch it, but it's on that unreliable site Vimeo, which as of today is once again down. Rolling Eyes

This video demo however is more recent, and features our beloved Nord G2:
