Take up Rob on his offer. Dan is on at 1600.

Glad you're back in business!

I can understand though if fky doesn't want to get up at 6 AM or whatever GMT 00.00 is where he is. Wink

I'm only on a half-hour slot, but if it helps I can move (possibly along with some else) to around 0.00, and maybe we can shuffle aronud some to make space somwehere around 17.00 -19.00 GMT?

Ah...Yes... Cool . I cant believe Chinese listener will get up 5~6:00am to connect to the radio.... Though, GMT 16:00, 0:00am at our time zone should be a perfect time for people listening to some music before going to sleep.

Kerry- since 1600 is taken, better to ask the radio masters for 1530. I can't speak for the stream op, but maybe you could play at that time. I would switch up or whatever need be, but I'd like to keep my 1600 (noon for me) start time as I have plans after my set -an early start is good for me.

Rob- Hope you feel better.. Get well !

Hi Shane,

It seems that I managed to finish the job I had to do and I will be in my studio tomorrow, so if Kerry takes 30 minutes I am free for either 15:00 or 15:30 ...

If not, then I will be a listener Very Happy

Ok HrastProgrammer

We have a couple opened slots as well

1800-1830 (30 mins)
and
2300-0000 (60 mins)

could one of those slots work?

Anything wrong with the server? It's 0340 GMT. I'm "connected" to port 8056 in Edcast while playing a test stream but nothing shows in Edcast's peak meter (yes, I made sure it's not "off" by clicking on it). Just heard from MrCold in the chat room that he's been having frequent disconnects.

I gotta crash, will check back when I get up.

My experience of EdCasts's meter is that it has nothing to do with the stream - it will show your levels whether you are connected or not. More likely this has something to do with the audio setup on your PC.

Well, what a great Summer Solstice event this has been, I've caught most of the music so far and it all has been uniformly excellent, and incredibly varied Smile

I really enjoyed playing my set, which was an attempt to portray the journey from darkness into light, on the longest day

Technically, it involved asynchronous looping of my Nord Modular G2, Nord Modular, Wavestation and Prophet VS, using Repeater and DD-20 set to 48 and 20 seconds respectively Smile

Attached is my set.
Basically It is based on some noodle G2 patches with its own sounds or some midi patches trigering Virus Ti Snow & Eolver. Also with Cubase midi track trigering my wavestation rack for the transition time.

It was a great show! Unfortunately, I missed 2 minutes at the start of my schedule because on the chat at that moment there was a bitter discussion about Mexican Gulf oil crisis and such, so I simply didn't notice a "GO!" from EdisonRex between tens of other posts Confused

Anyway, I introduced my new song "Hyperlord" and played "Maydawn" later, to continue in somewhat dark atmosphere (which was, BTW, perfectly "in the mood" with the ongoing discussion), I had to cut it a little in the end (for the reason described above) but it was not a big problem because the full versions of both songs can be downloaded from my site:
