Just bringing together some subtle refinements. Howard is right about the Nord G2 Oscillators and filters not sounding that different to a Moog at various settings. This is just an attempt to get a little closer.

The post filter triangle is not authentic but a cheat to try and get that big ass bottom end.

And a cute photo of my boy Eden in his Wakeman period (long blond hair and not using mod wheel)

Thanks Ian, this is a very musical patch. You've somehow managed to get the slight distortion to sound very warm and interesting. I've never played a minimoog, but I'm guessing this sounds quite close? It sounds pretty nice to my ears Very Happy

My only qualm is the fact that at high frequencies the filter digitally craps itself Laughing. This is a problem in most DIY filter patches... I've quickly put together a limiting system with the clip module. It's probably not the most efficient way of limiting the filter's cutoff, but it works. You may want to play around with the clip's level. The level it's set at seems to get rid of all aliasing and clicks, but maybe a little too much.

love the photo of your son! at fourteen months, my son Roen relentlessly attacks my G2, MPC and Mackie mixer. can't keep him away from them, and am glad that he doesn't pay as much attention to the monitors which are scarily within his same range of grasp. i'm sure he'll learn a bit of finesse/restraint in the years to come, i can't wait to teach him how the stuff works...

for now though, he's dangerous.

I never have been a mini Moog fan. But, I like the beautiful children.
