First I'd like to say hello to everyone. This is my first post here Smile I've been reading the forum pages for months, I guess today is the day.

I used a cheap bare-bones power supply box for this one. I was going to go rack-modular as Tom did here, but I guess I'll stick to these boxes for a while (too lazy for metal work). I think I can stack these boxes in a way.
I'm not happy with the knobs on the VCO-1. I think they're sorta small.

So this VCO-1 here is the second in my modular synth project. For now, I use it with my 8-step analog sequencer (based on the famous Baby 10) and I think it sounds great! I think I used matching pair transistors (some serial number tells the batch?). And I also used 2 x 1K tempcos 3500ppm with them. All epoxied together in a shrink wrap tubing. Yes, I got many ideas from the forums here Smile Thank you everyone!

Here are some pictures and a video:

The video info sorta explains what I'm trying to do.

Have a great one.

Congrats on the build! Looks good.
I think it would be worth consider using other type of connectors like 3.5mm jacks if you're intending to build much more synth projects, so you'd be compatible with doepfer etc. modules.
By the way, those screwable terminals make wiring so laid back Smile I've been using them lately as well, everywhere I can fit them Smile

Thank you for the nice feedback Smile I think I'm going to be expanding on TH designs (I'm more about embedded systems and digital design, and I'm really weak when it comes to analog design). I'll add his VCF, and VCA soon (plus a simple LFO). Compatibility is no problem since all are gonna be DIY. Screwable terminals really save a lotta work when assembling and disassembling.
