i made a pcb for the steiner filter from the yusynth page http://yusynth.net/Modular/index_en.html .. actually got made for me for cheap i'd say (around 4 euro ) ,since i have no material for making my own pcb's .. however it's way easier than making stuff on stripboard ,very clean work all one need to take care of is to make the wiring neat |

just wondering if you'd made progress on this one? I'm mainly looking for a layout of the VCA. I'll probably give your stripboard layout a go if not. I've got several Rene Schmidt late MS20 clones that I'd like to start building modules for, and I'd like to include the VCA as well.

Hi ,I'm wiring the module just now and i'll prolly try it out tomorrow but mine is not a great build just so you know ,i'll see how it goes and i'll write back the results i use the scheme from this post http://www.electro-music.com/forum/topic-46571.html&postorder=asc which is actually the same from Marjan's page just missing one trim pot . |

The VCA works but not a good one ,maybe it's my build .. it can be used for percusive things i suppose ,it's kind of missing the fine range and it's better to have attenuator on it i think since other levels on my synth are i guess different .. |
