Are there any PCBs around to build myself an expression pedal interface?

Any help / advice is appreciated, thanks!

This one is perfect for perfboard or stripboard. I think Both Ken and Ray have circuits that can be adapted to this. But its really just a voltage divider and a buffer. I've got no idea why we don't see more of these. . . But I guess I haven't built one for myself yet either.

really wondered why this additional modulation cv sources are ignored last times - recently I saw one live performance on Moog Modular and they used such kind of expression pedal (the instrument is from 60s!!!!!!) and the pedestal of this pedal could be rotated about its axis as well giving some kind of 'two-dimension' control.
BTW, here is a schematic of popular roland ev-5 expression pedal and I consider we should make smth. compatible with this kind of stuff.

IIRC, vr2 controls the lower bound
