Hi. Does anyone know where i can find plans for a Joystick controller. I found this on Ray Wilsons site but im not sure how to turn it into a pcb layout

For something that simple you can probably just use Rays Swiss Op Amp Knife board.

Yeah this is an excellent candidate for perf board or strip board unless you need a few dozen.
