I'd rather buy this than that Moog thing.

It eventually depends on which unit is best suited to whatever it is meant to be used for , doesn't it? That said, I'm not in the market for any of these devices in this class. And I reckon the Doepfer wooden sided all-in-one should also be a contender. The form factor is at least similar to the Shrimp and the MFB Dominatrix.

Hmm.. the Doepfer Darkie seems a tad less capable compared to the Dominatrix.

To be honest Stein, I find most analogue stuff these days pretty dull. It's all the same sawtooth waveforms and not a lot else- unless of course you spend megabucks.

Well, this is what the market would kill for...? Laughing Laughing Laughing
The suppliers are doing little else than simply filling the demand of the analog addicts?

That Schippmann filter on the Dominion-X would have been amazing!

[edit] Looks like they removed it from this synth :-/ [/edit]

So did you have a chance to try it ? I was only able to find videos from april 2011, it says it was a prototype . (from a pic I've seen, the back side is… back to normal ! - or a kind of brand signature ? - ok it was a prototype too)
