Stimmen, a noodle.

Mainly this patch, and then I had a voice synth (microsoft Anna) reading this book running through a vocoder on a G2.

Edit : and an NM Classic was involved too.

I was listening to Blue Hell's 'stimmen' noodle* on March 15 and it reminded me a bit of Tuvan throat
singing (haven't listened yet to how it sounds now). So I wondered if I could find some of those recordings
to add to it. Besides some youtube clips and expensive royalty free recordings I didn't find much, but then
again I didn't spend very much time looking for it.

What I did find however was a funny VST called: Delay lama which sounds and looks
like a singing Tibetan monk. Smile

and one called xchanter which sounds a bit like a theremin. (standard settings)

By using midi-tangle I could use Blue Hell's midi signal to control the VST's. I also added some fieldrecordings, DIY synth
and effects, and later the CASIo SK1 aswell. This was all mixed in with Blue Hell's noodle. I think he also mixed in
EdisonRex's drone but I'm not sure at which point. After about 2 hours darkvortex joined and a while later Muied Lumens
added some sounds too Smile

here are 2 parts for your listening pleasure:
1st part is a cut of PHOBoS & Blue Hell.
2nd part also features darkvortex and Muied Lumens

Nice :-)

Will listen to that soon.

edit : erm .. again ;-)

I seem to recall that Edisonrex got mixed in pretty late ... but not sure.

Edit again : it was a different patch on the G2 demo then (2012-03-14-01-04.pch2 most likely), and probably some other fader settings on the mixer (meaning other G2 engine sounds).
