hello all,

Since I was a teen and got my first 200 in 1 Electronics Project Kit, as well as more than a few 80's electronic music records, I've had an interest in Synths.
I never owned one, can't play, but the interest remains. Now I have time and money on my hands I still have the urge to learn, to build and to explore.

I hope nobody minds the occasional question from a newcomer

Never to late to explore. You're in good company. Ask away. But, we don't claim to know where Easter Eggs come from.

We all have our own particular spark that motivatred us into the world of electronic music.. for some younger folks it's simply the modern dance style they grew up with, others it's the inspiration of the jarre, kraftwerk era.
Personally, for me it was a fascination with sound and also guitar synths!

So have a great time and enjoy yourself! We all learn by asking questions!

Welcome aboard. I suggest you make your first stop in DIY at musicfromouterspace.com. Build a WSG (or a SoundLab if you're feeling bold).

Good luck!
