Lovely bit of news this. Smile

The price ($399) is a bit steep for me though... Possibly.

Damn, a USED SDD-300 can still fetch at least $500

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Korg+SDD3000+%27Digital+Delay%27&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

Having recently acquired three delay pedals (Way Huge Echo Puss, Akai Headrush E2, EHX DMM 550-TT), I need this one like I need a hole in the head, but I don't know if I'll be able to resist if the likes of Hello Music, JRR Shop, and various eBay shops end up selling this thing for less than $300 in about a year's time.

Korg's other new reissue pedal looks cool too - announced with even less fanfare: http://www.korg.com/us/products/effects/nuvibe/

Yeah I 100% agree with you... I will wait and see if it drops in price, because I really don't need it either. Laughing

But it has MIDI...which is nice!

I guess if you need a delay that can sync to MIDI, this pedal wouldn't be such a bad deal. The pricing puts in the neighborhood of competing MIDI capable delay pedals (Timeline, Timefactor, etc.).

Oof I was hoping that I could avoid wanting one but I failed! Razz

I will still wait though.

Did anyone get this yet?

I would, if I wasn't so hellbent on saving up for horribly expensive stuff. Rolling Eyes
