Hi friends.
Now my G2 says welcome forever when I turn it on. What can I do? Is there a reset procedure? Is there a way I can save its contents before I lose it?
Best,
JPR

Hi,

1st, I think you can unplug and replug all cables inside and test it again...

EDIT : I wish that you can get it working again !!!

2 day ago I was playing with a G2 performance and I got this problem too! I was playing with the AUX In/Out from/to slot A/B/C/D on the software editor when the problem occured. Be careful when playing with the AUX inputs/output. I probably did something wrong. I allready made bad connection about it but it was the 1st time I got this screen. I closed my G2 ... The patch was not saved on the G2, only in the editor. So I closed the editor before opening the G2 again. Everything was ok after.

Does the screen flash ? for me yes.

Can you try to switch from performance to single mode when you start the G2 ?

...Talked to a tech who recomended me to change the PSU, which I did. I had a spare one from a Nord Stage. It has worked perfectly ever since.

Hello,
thank you for all this precious information.
In fact, my G2 started working again without me doing anything else than letting it rest for a few days. I am thinking of a power supplier problem. I will investigate some more.
Thanks again.
