In some old medical equipment (Philips angio suite...), I find 5 pieces of UA726. I'm looking for some nice schematics of VCO, or something, to use them. Rolling Eyes

Any useful information is welcomed and appreciated.

Also the Buchla 208, only need one 726 (I think), and it's massive!

Well... not exactly... Rolling Eyes

I do everything, and I almost always customize the PCB according to the elements that I use, so that the finished PCB is not what I'm looking for.

In any case, thanks a lot!

Yes, i thought the 700 would be more interesting than the 208 kit, but thought it worth mentioning in case you were interested and hadn't seen it!

I think the Roland VCO's are really great sounding, maybe the system 100 VCO also uses the 726 too?

Moog (Minimoog), Roland, Buchla and Formant used 726 in the VCO.
But 726 is hard to find and even harder schematics... Sad
Recently clones can be found using other IC's, but I want to make it more similar to the original when I have the original part.
My project is a modular synth, basically Yusynth with 6 VCO, and with some additional modules (phase shifter, digital echo, and some extra VCF ...). I still have a lot to do, but I'm not afraid ... Very Happy

Florian Anwander has the schematics for both the System 100 and the 700, can confirm they both work as written (although I needed an extra small cap on the integrator for the 100):

Dunno if they're that exciting but they do the usual waveforms in a satisfying kind of way.
