While attempting to do something I heard done on a buchla, I noticed that inserting an overdrive module set at 32 after the wave wrapper module rounds off the spikes in the waveform. Beyond 32 the spikiness reappears. Try using a sine, you'll hear it clearly. This makes the wavewrapper module far more usable to me and I wish I had found that out earlier.

These days I'm mildly obsessed with generating waveforms using only one osc and wave shaping... no fm, no sync'ing, no filters if possible. I'm kind of hitting a wall here.

I have not succeeded at turning a sine into a sawtooth(ish, even) wave... among other things.

At any rate, if any of you have found out other "hidden" characteristics of some module of another, I'd appreciate if you shared it or pointed me to a thread where it is discussed.[/i]
