Hi Ralf,

just a quick check whether there are any plans to revive Jürgen Haible's Frequency Shifter. Any chance? Very Happy

Thanks for all your effort!

Haha, for some reason I keep hearing Frequency shifter Wink

Well, it's on the list, pretty far up actually, once the other boards (currently Tau, 6-pole filter, LVCOs, SOST) are finalized / in production, it will be next... too much coffee

By the way, the limiting factor right now is not layout, but building / testing / adjusting values ... so if any experienced builders (who ideally have built the original version before) had time and inclination to join this effort, it would be very helpful ...

I'd definitely be up for some test building. I'm not an EE but with ~ 100 modules built and working I'd consider myself an experienced 'builder'. I'm based in Germany, so that might help, too... just let me know thumb up

I've built one and have photos and documentation at http://modularsynthesis.com/jhaible/shifter/jhshifter.htm.

I'd be interested in helping but I don't need a second frequency shifter but could maybe build one for someone else. It all depends on my availability at the time.

Dave

My vote is to have Dave build one of the first ones. If anyone can find all that's potentially wrong with it, it'll be him.

And I'll buy a large handful of the first ones - all kinds of people are asking for these.

i'm dreaming about this one... but it seems to be out of it.

"The FS1a version I made in Buchla format is not in the public domain and there for I can not share any design files."

Sad
