Hi, I built a 8 step sequencer ( cmos 4017) with my MS10, I putted the trig out of my sequencer to trig in of MS10, and the CV out of my sequencer to FREQ Oct/Volt on MS10 as the service manual did.
Works right, but when I mute a step, the trigger play a note so I don't have a silence step, just becouse the Trigger of my sequencer is in parallel with the clock, se the trigger always works.
How can do to stop the trigger when I mute a step?
thanks so much.

you simply have to select the divided pulse Outputs with a Switch at each Division...

so you can select which step is acitve and which not

have a look at Ken Stones CGS Gate Sequencer on how it could be done
