With guidance from Howard, I have begun a Lunetta on a Chip project. Right now it's just a blink test. You can download the Github archive here:

Sounds like a project with a lot of potential, if I understand your intent. Is it to create a library of simulated chips suitable for creating emulated lunettas on Arduinos? If so, how does it relate to something like this: https://github.com/robstave/ArduinoComponentSketches?

Here's a link to my first attempt so you can follow and/or contribute as you like.

Wacky...i just kinda peeked into the forum and there was a reference.

I have to admit, I barely ever get a chance to update the library much, but feel free to dig around post what you get from it. Pull requests are welcome as long as its not trying to jam too much functionality into one chip. I would like to keep them atomic, but there are spots to stick complex machines in there as well.

Some of the most interesting experiments are having square waves as clocks for the chip.
