A typical relaxation saw VCO.
The first 4069 inverter just buffers the saw and drives an LED
On the 2nd inverter the center tap pot slides the LDR response across the input resistor, through center then across the feedback resistor. So should this work as a compander yeah?

Im planing on using it with the VCO going at clock speeds, then using the triangles as envelopes
