Found a verified 12v+/- cem3340 VCO layout to build, but trying to get my hands on a cheap cem3340.

Anyone have experience with AS3340?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Qty-2-of-ALFA-RPAR-AS3340-DIL-Voltage-Controlled-Osc-CEM3340-equiv-DIL-16/332525405781?hash=item4d6c0f0655:g:uMoAAOSwhcNaYVzm:sc:USPSFirstClass!91335!US!-1:rk:1:pf:0

Don't mind buying 2, dual VCO would be fun.

Anyone have experience? I'll take the dive and buy em to see. I'll report back. Just curious if anyone had experience.

Little skeptic too, Synthcube had a warning saying Curtis are the only manufacturer for the new production cem3340's. Any insight would be beautiful.

There is a lot of info at: https://electricdruid.net/product-category/oscillators/
You may also buy the both types of chips there.

Maybe a little late, but I ordered three AS3340 from Electric Druid and built three vco's with them based on the Memory Moog schematics.
Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.
All three oscillators have a CV and potmeter to the PWM input (see figure below).
Instead of using the auto-tune input I put a potmeter of 50k for fine tuning and one of the three 1 V/O inputs I placed a 50k potmeter between 12 volt and GND for coarse setting of the output frequency.
Also added a three position switch to two of the oscillators for soft/hard syncing (10NF to one of the inputs on pin 6 or 9).
For the third oscillator I added a switch which sets a capacitor of 10NF parallel to CF for LFO purposes.
