Hi all,

Learned some things on the forum/list last month. A lot actually, too much to contain in one patch. But a few tricks i did put in this patch, the jitter trick from Tim, a filter based on a design by Rob (see his workshops) and last but not least his spectrum tilter. It is assigned to Knob E-3-8, don't forget to toggle it on and off, it's doing quite some magic in taming the high frequencies.

Many thanks to Tim and Rob for this insights. I owe you guys, see this patch as a feeble attempt trying to give something back.

Edit: Made a change in the credits, see discussion below

I wouldn't say feeble. I like this, especially variation 7.

Maybe we should a an item to the wish list - a tilt filter module. Maybe one built into an output module. Not a must have obviously, but it would be convenient.

Thanks for your positive comments mosc. I am not surprised you like var 7 the most, it's the most "electronic" sounding, and i do think you are most in electronic sounding sounds, electro-music anyone Very Happy

I did think similar thoughts as you, clavia would just be smart to make a dedicated spectrum tilt module, it seems nearly all of us users like it.

I've incorporated it already in several of my patches i plan to use live.

Wasn't the jitter idea by me? (Or did I miss a previous post by g2ian?)

Oops, you're completely right Tim. You made that jitter thing in this thread http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-7223.html

Somehow i've got the two of you mixed up on this topic Embarassed . Now you are both exceptional good patchers, so i hope you don't mind it, being mixed up with g2ian. Sorry for it, i will adjust the patch as soon as my music pc is active again.

Ha ha, I thought that configuration was from one of Rob’s posts. My post on the subject used S+H’s and a noise source, which uses a little less dsp but only if you already have a noise source in your patch.
My post was in the DORn performance back in January, Robs version was posted in Feb, See Rob's post here.

I think Wans variation is a little different though. Oh and nice patch Wan BTW.

Hey hey, no prob, I wasn't fishing for compliments Wink

Just wanted to know if I posted something which was redundant, i.e. already mentioned before.

Great patch, btw.

As I see now from g2ians post, I DID post something redundant.

Never mind, folks.

Originality is an illusion anyway.

(Nothing is created, it just changes form.)

Just as long as it doesn't keep you from posting more patches, Tim.
