I checked out your porn thingie. Does it need a remix? And in which style? If you really wanted to take the elements alredy in there further you could start ading sexy vocals and some solos and whatever. But you might just as well keep it as it is, which is way kool with me. Hmm.. I never figured out that remixing anyway. Why? Very Happy

Only thing I can think of would be to add a real drummer ( a good one ) - and also let him do some orchestral percussion overdubs later, and add a cello part. Which would make the piece into something else. And I am not sure someone should mutilate the swedish porn.

in order to remix something the remixer would need separate tracks of the original material to be able to take some elements from it and add something else, change tempo, change key, whatever Exclamation

The reason I want someone to remix a track of mine, it just for pure fun and to see what other people can do with it. The genre doesn't matter.
I can only extract the sounds from "Make porn to a woman". I have a habit of not saving my work.

Is it really a bad habit? When a painter sellls a painting, he doesn't save a copy. The nice thing is that I can never make anything twice.

Well, it all depends. If you do not think that it is important to have the project files and whatever in mint condition then it is not important. Very Happy

Hey jseffel,

I remixed you track: http://members.iinet.net.au/~justed/sound/remixedporn.mp3

Cut all the smaples and sounds out then stuck em all back together a a slower tempo, added a drum'n'bass type beats and a few reverbs and efects.

Comments?

Great, I listened to the remix and went back and listened to the original. This was really interesting. I'm not all that familiar with the remix concept. This explains a lot. Thanks for sharing this here.
