Alright everyone... how’s it going? Tomorrow’s Friday and we got a fantastic show for you to tune in. There really is nowhere else to be tomorrow night other than listening to JILTED! The fantastic, energetic, melodic, inspiring, indie, poppy, rocky, godsends of a band that are the HOLLOWAYS will be joining us in the studio for a chat.
If you're a JiLted regular, you'll have heard their last single 'Generator' a few times plus a couple of others, 'Reinvent Myself' and '2 Left Feet'. New single 'Happiness and Penniless is out March 20. They've recently been all over the country as part of Club NME, opened for Xfm's 'Exposure Weekender' with 'The Long Blondes' and 'Mystery Jets' and are about to tour again in with Torch favourite 'The Young Knives'.
Also we’ll be introducing some amazing new stuff from new artists: Ka-Tzetnik - vocals and synths to die for. Xerox Teens - amazing 5 piece that place their drummer very deservedly, firmly centre stage. Metronomy - oh my god this guy is good, and subtle, and hilarious. And the usual wonderment of Jilted oddness. Tracks that are gonna really make you want to flex out. Also chatting about all the great stuff going on in the JiLted world, including gigs been to, people chatted to and unmissable events coming up. New band Dartz up in north london on sunday.
