Hey. I just finished this song yesterday. Its funny, since i'm new here i usually want to post mp3's that i am fully behind. Yet, I don't know WHAT to think of this one. One day i liked it then that night before doning my glow in the dark jammies i thought it was pretty wretched. In lieu of this, I am quite curious as to what the fine folk at electro-music think. Fire Away!

Here is the link to "Uneecycli"

-love that qoute, although it's not verbatim.

Sorry to tell you this, but that link doesn't work unless you are linking to it from that site. They have bared what they call remote linking.

here is the link to my music site.

I haven't posted everything, but there are three songs up that aren't up in the forums. Of course anyone can listen to anything, but I am looking for feedback on "Uneecycli." If somebody wants to comment on another track, by all means. Bye for now, and good day.
-I worked really hard to get this site to look slick and professional. If anyone wants some tips on HTML, please don't be shy to ask, for I've been in the web design field for years.

I think Uneecycli is superb. It has a stream of consiousness feel to it - almost impossible to figure out where it is going, but it always goes somewhere appropriate. This keeps me interested throughout the piece, but it can be fatigeing - this ends before that happens.

I agree. Very cool. I like chaotic songs - Squarepusher and Autechre - but they can bore me after a while. This doesn't. It has a great mix of sounds that always keep you interested. thumleft

thanks alot guys. I really enjoy sequencing with "abandon" especially since i haven't been able to write in like 4 years.
It's interesting you mention squarepusher. His earlier albums (Feed Me... Hard Normal..) I LOVE. Yet once he got a computer and maybe a little more self concious about his music, it lost it's highly personal edge. It's so easy to get F%$$# over by sound design. You gotta eat your wheaties to be able to rock the sounds as well as the more traditional yackity (rythm/melody).

-Oh ONE PLAYER, phat website design

I'm in HELL now, but I still like it Exclamation

This is a nice mix to me between modern sounds and old school tape tape stuff (1950s like). And as Howard *) hinted you seem to have a good talemt to keep things interesting for the listener.

In HAPPY LAND now, still like it.

*) Edit : and OPG as well Very Happy

thanks Blue Hell. Hah. Hell. Yeah, happy land is doozy. I was planning to do a video of snow scapes with that track, but it never fully came to fruition.
