Hi all,
got round to taking some pics of my WSG - built using Unkle Krunkus' stripboard layout and put into an old CD drive.... managed to keep the faceplate intact and use the existing audio jack, am well pleased with the results!
Cheers, Joel

WSG Sound Maker Project Subject description: WSG Mods |

So, I'm interested in doing some mods to my WSG. The first I was considering was a starve switch with a starve knob. Although I'm not completely savvy, I believe the WSG is already drawing less than 9volts. Would this be a recommended mod in any of your opinions?
Thanks. |

Yeh why not? I believe someone already commented on doing and did do a starve mod. And they liked it. I put mine in an A/V box that alreadt had spdt switches in it. So a did some "circuit bent" mods to mine. Go for it. _________________ "your stripes are killer bro" |

It's a pot in series with the battery which makes it seem like the battery is at some stage of dying. So it "starves" the circuit of power. Makes some cool effects on quite a few types of circuits. _________________ What makes a space ours, is what we put there, and what we do there. |
