I don't think it's too busy, I think it's rather nice!

It has quite a 70s/80s sound to my ears.

My (Virus C) arpeggiator really gets on my nerves. It's quite unstable and can't hold time very well. Grrr!

Sometimes it would go out of sync, but seemed to go away when I exported it.

neat,
get a better snare sample (tighter and punchier) and put a wacking great reverb on the snare and it will sound more epic'y
if thats a direction you want to take it

maybe bring down the level of the hihats a little bit
and get a nice big subby kick going on as well
compress compress compress!
