I gave the guy at the local supply house here in Atlanta the parts list from Ray's site for the sound lab. At the time I didn't know much (still don't) and just assumed he would give me the right stuff. Now as I'm assembling my SLMS I've noticed(way late in the game) that all my switches have 3 contacts where as most of the switches on the panel wiring diagram have only 2. Did I get the wrong ones? And if so, can I make them work??Thanks.....

Yes, those switches will do. You'll want to use the middle (common) pin from the switch, and then one of the sides. You can leave the other side unconnected. If you have any kind of multimeter, hook it up to the switch pins and flip the switch back and forth. Try to get an idea for what's going on in there.

Here, take a look at this diagram:
Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.

The way it is pictured, the switch lever is to the right, and on the inside it is making a connection between the middle pin and the left pin. So when you flip the switch to the left, it makes a connection between the middle pin and the right side pin. There's no magic Smile it's just a mechanical device.

Hope this helps Smile and good luck building your Sound Lab!

Like big tex says you can use any switch that has enough poles and throws for your application. Here is some more switch info...
