is that a screen dump from Return to Castle Wolfenstein?
I can't remember seeing it, but it's the kind of thing that ID do.
BTW I'm thinking of printing it out and putting it on the wall of my study, maybe even on a T-shirt.

I think this is from a sign someone taped to the front of a modular synth at a show. I cannot remember it's exact orrigins, but perhaps it was downloaded from a synth web site.
