Hi folks, I downloaded and installed jackdmp for Windows on my XP netbook, but it won't run. The installation said something about downloading some libraries or something from Microsoft, but now I can't find any info in the docs about it. Has anyone done this successfully and can you describe what to do? Thanks in advance.

What version are you using? just jackdmp, or Jack2? Built from source, or are you using binaries?

Download this from Msoft and run it http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en

(Sorry, the URL wraps because the message boxes on electro-music are too narrow. You will have to paste this by hand into your browser)

I was able to get Jack 1.92 running, once 2008 runtime was on my system

[Blue Hell: fixed the URL again]
