Great Photos, Bill! What a way to end the show, with a trailer of photos! Bring those "kids" back, we want to hear them again!

thanks for the nice comments. you are all very kind. doing a completely improv live set on the radio is a bit nerve-wracking, but I enjoyed it and im happy everyone else did too.

we all had a lot of fun. Bill is a great host and has an amazing studio that I would do very bad things to have! Thanks.

Yes, it's a real challenge! I thought you were very good anyway. I think Bill is super, giving you guys the opportunity to use his studio and stream live. I look forward to hearing you again sometime.

Hello Bill, i missed the show tuesday past and downloaded the file , great stuff, very crazy noises by casper electronics, and some meatily thick synth sounds from Kevin K, cool stuff all round.

Dave,

Thanks much for the commentary. I hope Pete does well in Troy with his new shop. It's a pretty hip area so a shop like this would not be unusual.

I agree, Kevin's work on his Aries modular just blew me away. "meatily thick" is a great way to describe the sounds for sure ! Cool

I have been checking out all the music I got from you (Otchard/28-G, etc..) and I will most likely do another feature of your stuff real soon on the show so keep your eyes out for the announcement.

The Soldering Musician Show is proud to present two featured artists on Tuesday, July 7, at 7PM EDT (23:00 GMT) to 9PM EDT (1:00 GMT) :

Amplex

"Amplex, based out of Sacramento, CA, is currently devoted to producing dubstep/triphop/eclectro with the only goal of entertaining himself and others with musical compositions. The music of Amplex is meant to create an otherworldly atmosphere, where emotion and science meet. By keeping his aspirations low to the ground, he has allowed himself to devote his time to solely working with beats and developing new strategies. Constantly learning and inventing different techniques, he has taught himeslf many tricks of the trade."

IAYD

IAYD is a young man from Corpus Christi, TX who makes sounds with LSDj and FamiTracker..
who has Just played at "Pulsewave Festival" at the TANK in NYC on June 27

Hi Bill, exellent show last night, love amplex stuff , chip music was very good , and some top notch dreamy melodys from the last act, forgotten the name right now , i'll have to download the archive.
Great music.

Dave Wood
p.s.
just finishing the mastering of the new 10 track Orchard album this week.
Vertex track you played on the show a while back is on this album + 9 more unheard trax , all using the diy modular / sound lab plus / Paia Fatman (stuffed with fatty mods & mono saturates) and 2 twin WSG's as well as a small pile of 80's/90's synths.
I'll airmail a CDr album over in a couple of weeks when finished.
See Ya.
