has anybody made a patch in mix mode , where you use the same basic monosynth patch but all osc tuned diffrently, like a moog modular with 9 osc...or whatever...

If it's the same basic patch with nothing more than oscillator detune, I just put the Andromeda into unison... No need for mix mode.

i would have to copy the patch some times. lay them up in mix mode , and tune each of them differently, i like to do this on the evolver, moog. could be interesting....at least weird...the a6 can be extremely weird...

Or you could switch on unison which will de-tune them for you.

The only reason I could see for doing this in mix mode would be if you were layering different patches.

Yes, I was reiterating what you said based on his response to your response. Very Happy

ok i m trying to do is make a monophonic patch with lets say 6 osc tuned to a big chord.. it tried today and its interesting...then i could change from prog to prog and tune the to different chords it would be like a monster mono synth with 16 independent osc,s perhaps both me and the synth will go insane soon..... Evil or Very Mad

Interesting but couldn't the same be done by simply switching your mono patch to poly and making the chord with the 'chord' button that's near the pitch/mod wheels? Though I suppose that would require 16 fingers or some other way of keeping the keys down to make the first chord. Laughing

yes i guess so.. with my method i can jump from prog to prog and tune them really fast...i tried with a typical moogish prog copied it 4 times
made a mix.. unison off , mono, then i tried to use osc 1&2 for prog 1
34 for the next..then add some modulation to a synced osc 2 etc etc
---all oscs tuned differently ..weird shit.. Razz
