Hi, I'm kinda new in this forum, I have a nord micromodular and I pondering to get a midi-usb interface to use with it. The thing is, I live in Argentina and I don't have plenty of models nor options to choose, so I would appreciate if someone can recommend me some interface which worked well for this purpose,

Thanks in advance

p.d.: have anyone tried/used this one?

I think any interface having a driver for the OS of your computer should do: phonic, m-audio and many others.

i have had good experiences with emagic interfaces: amt8 (win 98se, xp) and mt4 (mac os 9, xp). you can find these used for cheap.

best regards

jaja. close.. that was in Uruguay.
La Plata is part of Argentina (and is part of Provincia of Buenos Aires... the provincias are like states).
River Plate forms part of the border between Argentina and Uruguay.

Hi! i finally got a edirol UM 2EX. and it´s works great with the nord micro modular!!!!

I´m using winxp pro 64 bits.. so i only have to download the drivers for this OS at edirol's webpage. The original driver´s in the CD, but it doesn't work in this OS, it's only for winxp 32 bits. (i mention this. for if any one have this interface and OS).

well thanks all for your help Smile

p.d.: by the way, I would like to know if there's some post about knob twiddle using a midi controller and to use the interface to process the input sound, again, thanks to everyone.
