Subject description: Arduino Based Modular Synthesizer

Modules included:
Two Voltage Controlled Oscillators
Envelope
Sample and Hold Voltage Sequencer (Two 8-step output sequences)
Clock Trigger Generator (1/4 and 1/1 triggers)
Voltage Controlled Amplitude

All analog voltages are 0-5 volts.
Triggers are 5 volts.

Besides the potentiometers, switches and jacks, the components that make this up are simply one arduino and one AD5206 chip.

There are videos and images at the link above.

Also in that page is another project I worked on; a video game that interacted with the synth. Lines were drawn and when the bouncing ball hit the lines, it would send voltages and triggers. This game was also arduino based.

Yeah, that drum machine is really fun with the way it's setup.

I did a small mod on it to add a jack for trigger output.

It's been great for testing purposes.
