Subject description: The Squeeze Controller

I had an idea a few days ago for a "squeeze controller". It's basically a ball - or even a tube - that you hold in your hand and squeeze. Signals from hardness of squeeze, where you squeeze, and number of squeeze points are sent to a synth to produce sound.

Wondering how I can build it...

I think Marije Baalman built something like that ... google could not help me in finding it though ... however she is a member here under the name of nescivi and she has a website too : http://www.nescivi.nl/

That'll do! Very Happy

I could get four of these laid around the inside of a stiff foam tube and fill the inner space with some kind of rubber. All I'd need is to wire the leads through a CV-MIDI converter and then a MIDI cable and viola! Le Squinth!
