Heh - someone is reading my comments.

That's kind of a legacy thing, I wind up just using the same UCF file over and over.

In fact, I found that those switches aren't very reliable, so I stopped using them. The MIDI channel is sent as a sysex message and stored in a 4 bit register. I try to clean up the comments, but often I include a UCF and never need to edit it because it already does what I need it to do.

My bad.

I'm not sure I understand about the MIDI input and audio output - is it the comments? (checking the file now)...

Ok, I see the MIDI input commented, but there's no comment for audio output. The file FPGA_MIDI_RCVR_and_OUTPUT.gif in the docs directory has a schematic with the board's connector pins labeled, but there's no comment in the UCF because the DAC is on the SPI bus and it is labeled as such. (There's several other peripherals that share the SPI bus)

Here is some tonal noise with 20+ seconds looped delay effect. Feedback was about 93%
